In 2004, our founder, Andrew Pudalov, left a successful 15-year career in New York City to pursue his passion for health and wellness. Driven by a dream to create a place where people could experience the benefits of pure, nourishing food, he relocated to Boulder, CO, with his family to bring his vision to life.

Later that year, Andrew crafted recipes for what would become Boulder’s first all-natural acai bowl and smoothie bar in the University Hill district. The concept quickly resonated with the community, offering a refreshing alternative to standard fare. As demand grew, Andrew expanded the menu to make it easier than ever for people to enjoy healthy, delicious meals on their own schedule.

Today, Rush Bowls has grown into a national brand with over 50 locations and more than 100 in development across the country.
