Andrew spent 15 years working his way through the competitive ranks of New York City’s financial sector. In 2004, he left his position as Head of a Global Fixed Income Derivative Desk at National Australia Bank to pursue a career path aligned with his values. Andrew launched Rush Bowls in 2004 with a vision to create a place where people could eat healthy and enjoy the unadulterated and organic elements of the earth.
Nicole was the first employee at the original Rush Bowls location in Boulder, CO. She's spent her career building the Rush Bowls brand on every level. With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, she currently manages all global marketing programs and oversees daily operations. Nicole has a diverse skillset, broad expertise, and is dedicated to the success of all franchise partners day in and day out.
Eric Gilson brings over ten years of restaurant management and operations experience, which include over two years of successfully running a Rush Bowls location in Boulder, Colorado. He now heads our operations department where he implements efficient training processes and operational standards across all Rush Bowls locations.
JD brings multiple years of experience managing the original Rush Bowls location in Boulder, CO, learning the business from the inside out. He now leads initiatives regarding technology and implements strategies on automating processes and scaling the business efficiently.
Our one week in-store comprehensive Training Program educates owners on best practices of all phases of the Rush Bowls franchise. All trainers have Rush Bowls store experience. Franchise owners experience technical training on internal systems, product production and staff management. We are there when you launch your new Rush Bowls.
We make ourselves available to franchise owners 24/7. We support owners in all phases of their business and bring decades of franchise experience to our network. Whether it be store operations, marketing issues or growth planning, we are ready to help owners reach their goals. We coach owners on a personal level as well as hold regular group meetings to better share ideas.
We are laser focused on helping owners build their brand locally. All the way from “Coming Soon” signs to a grand opening, we help owners develop a multi-faceted, multi-pronged marketing plan based on specific location and area demographics. Evidence of success is the very high customer loyalty and return visit rates. Marketing initiatives include sampling, coupons, social media and public relations.
We hold an annual conference for all franchise owners as well as regional meetings based on geography. We encourage strong communications between owners and are constantly learning from each other.
