Andrew spent 15 years working his way through the competitive ranks of New York City’s financial sector. In 2004, he left his position as Head of a Global Fixed Income Derivative Desk at National Australia Bank to pursue a career path aligned with his values. Andrew launched Rush Bowls in 2004 with a vision to create a place where people could eat healthy and enjoy the unadulterated and organic elements of the earth.
Andrew works with an extensive staff that has real operating experience, whether its marketing, relationship management, real estate, distribution.

Training
You’ll train in Boulder, Colorado for up to one week, and we’ll send a team to your location before grand opening for up to a week. We’ll cover everything to get your location up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Ongoing Support
Ongoing support will be provided for operations, management, marketing, and more throughout planning, opening and operation. This includes regular meetings and time in the field through training and beyond.

Marketing
Our marketing department will help you develop a local marketing plan based on a market assessment. You’ll work together on a grand opening plan with assistance on direct mail, print, signage and digital media.
Meetings
We host ongoing company-wide meetings to review marketing initiatives and best practices, and discuss updates on product development, seasonal menus and process improvements.

Field Training
Field training will be provided prior to launch and from time to time as needed post launch.
